|Cathedral
|
|The cathedral, based on the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate, in the center of the map is the focal point of the map. The bottom floor has four spiral staircases in each corner of the cathedral and pews throughout in the middle. The second floor is has access to windows facing out every direction. On the north and south ends of the Cathedral there are ropes allowing for access to the roof. During the Duck & Cover map modifier, the building is removed and replaced with rubble.
|Meteor Shower
|Meteors fall near cashout stations.
|Meteors fall from the sky, destroying structures and damaging contestants. Meteor impacts also engulf the area in flame. If there is more than one active cashout station, meteors will always fall at only one. If there is no active cashout station, they will fall at a random, inactive one. In Power Shift, the meteors will fall around the platform.

|Construction
|
|The construction yard is located directly east of the Cathedral, with a clearing between the two locations. The building has five stories, with access determined by a single staircase on the far east of the yard. A Crane in the middle of the site provides a vantage point over a large portion of the map.
|Low Gravity
|Experience longer hang time in the air.
|Low Gravity reduces gravity in the arena and affects contestants, objects, debris, and projectiles.

|Royal Plaze
|
|The courtyard is the most open space in the map, with long sightlines looking back towards the buildings in the Shopping District. The courtyard is surrounded on the west by a LCD screen preventing contestants from exiting the arena. There are multiple objects providing cover on the approach to the center of the Courtyard, from a generator, to waist high walls contestants can crouch behind. It also has a wide variety of interactable objects, such as Cannons, and raisable cover that can cover the center and flanks of the plaza,. This courtyard is based on the Place du Palais.
|Death Match
|Earn extra cash when you eliminate opponents.
|Earn $1000 per elimination instead of $500. This game show event only affects Cashout Tournament modes.
|-
|-
|Villa
|
|The villas are a handful of large buildings with access from the street. An alley runs behind these buildings below ground level and includes a vertical zipline for direct access to the roof. A portion of the alley runs underneath the adjacent road and leads to the park.
|Mega Damage
|Damage to the arena is magnified.
|All damage to structures is multiplied, allowing for easier destruction.
|-
|-
|Shopping District
|
|The shopping district makes up a large part of the arena, and has various multi-story buildings and alleyways.
|Orbital Lasers
|Lasers take aim at contestants who aren’t moving.
|Orbital Lasers target contestants who don't move for a certain period of time. They deal 99 damage to contestants and cannot be blocked by shields. Contestants who are using an interactable are excluded from the laser's targeting. When a laser targets a contestant, a bright line will extend vertically from their position, and a small circle will show where the laser will impact.

|Hotels
|
|This area features a few large buildings overlooking the cliffside and the royal plaza.
|Alien Invasion
|UFOs hover over objectives and shoot toward the ground.
|Introduced in Season 1. UFOs tear the arena apart with tractor beams and lasers. The lasers deal no damage to contestants. Tractor beams cause objects and debris to float upwards.
|-
|-
|Cliffside
|
|The cliffside is the southwestern section of the arena. The entire edge of the arena in this section is lined with guardrails to keep the contestants inside. The western portion contains a small garden, while the eastern portion has a small path leading through a rock tunnel on the side of the cliff.
|Retro Invasion 82
|Aliens target contestants from above
|Introduced in Season 2. Rows of retro aliens slowly move over the arena, shooting down lasers that damage contestants and destroy structures. Similar to Orbital Lasers, a small circle is shown where the laser will impact.

|Forest
|
|This section covers the entire northern edge of the arena. It is a wooded area with small trees and foliage with a few small buildings. The west edge of the forest has a small staircase that leads directly to the Royal Plaza. This section of the arena sits lower than ground-level, so the entire southern border has a large concrete wall separating it from the adjacent road, and there are various staircases and ladders to traverse up to the road.

|Contestants' revive statues emit an explosion after a 3 second delay. The explosion deals 100 damage to any contestant in range. According to June, the device that causes the explosion is hidden in each contestant's left pinky finger.
|The residential district borders the shopping district, and has a handful of large houses for contestants to fight in.

Strategy
Combat
The majority of objective locations in Monaco promote close-quarters combat, forcing contestants to fight in tight corridors and alleyways. A few objectives spawns are more ideal for longer-range engagements, such as in the Royal Plaza and wrecked Cathedral area (during Duck and Cover event). Choosing a loadout that excels at close-range combat will ensure that a contestant's team can reliably win fights over the objective.
Destruction
Destruction can be utilized in many ways in Monaco, since many objectives will spawn on the upper levels of buildings. The houses in Monaco are relatively small structures, and can be demolished quickly by contestants with a destructive loadout.
During the Suspended Structures modifier, teams defending a cashout will often break the ziplines leading to the upper platforms. Attackers have two choices in this case: destroy the platform or use mobility to access the platform. The platform can be taken down by destroying two adjacent supports on the top of the structure, which can be done using explosives such as red canisters, RPGs, Thermal Bores, etc. The other option is to use mobility such as the Zipline, Jump Pad, or Evasive Dash to bring the fight to the defending team without dropping the platform.
Interactables
Elevators are outside of many buildings in Monaco and can be used to gain access to high ground while staying grouped as a team, or to make objectives more difficult to attack by displacing them. Raiseable walls can be used to slow down enemy contestants who are giving chase, or used as cover in open areas where a team is defending.
For example, The Royal Plaza is a relatively open objective location, making it difficult to defend. A button in the back of the area can raise walls in front of the fountain, creating cover. The objective in this location also spawns on an elevator, adding another consideration for attackers and defenders.
Supported Gamemodes
Monaco supports the following gamemodes.
* Cashout
* Terminal Attack
* Power Shift
* Bank It
