“Short-range, high rate-of-fire weapon; dominate enclosed spaces.”
Overview
The M60 is the standard Machine Gun given the Heavy Build. With a quick fire rate, decent recoil, and overall good performance, the M60 is a reliable weapon for Heavy Build.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Where the M60 lacks in handling, it has a very sizeable magazine size to suppress enemies. This LMG has considerable damage, but lacks the controllability over longer ranges and is most at home in close range combat and inside buildings where enemies cannot retreat easily. Overall this is the most versatile weapon in the Heavy's arsenal and with the right teamwork it could also be considered the most reliable, though, similar to the AKM, it is a jack-of-all-trades, master of none.
